The workshop, held in the college auditorium, aimed to equip participants with the essential skills needed to formulate effective business plans for minor projects. The session covered various key aspects of framing a business plan, beginning with the importance of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals (SMART). Mr. Agarwal further discussed the external factors affecting projects through PESTEL analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal). He elaborated the critical elements of structuring a business plan such as Budget Statement, Statement of Contribution, Accounting, Tax Liability Calculation, and Standard Costing, incentive mechanism of costing, delving into effective incentive structures to motivate teams and optimize costs. Lucknow Management Association organized an online workshop on "High Nutrition Feed for Increasing Cattle Yield" on February 3, 2024. The speaker, Dr. Parag Ghogale from e-Feed, educated farmers on the life cycle of cattle and feeding calf starters to promote better growth and greater resistance to calf ailments resulting from grain and milk consumption. Dr. Ghogale emphasized the importance of providing colostrum to newborn calves, which is the first milk produced by the cow after calving. He advised feeding the calf 2 to 2.5 liters of colostrum daily for the first 3 days following birth. Lucknow Management Association organized an outreach visit to "Bhartiya Badhir Vidyalaya" at Arvind Academy Malhaur on 18 October 2023. This Vidyalaya is the only Deaf school globally and the only Deaf students globally to be associated with NASA. Founder of the community you and Me Deaf Community Ms.Gitanjali Nair approach involves using Indian Sign Language (ISL) exclusively for all subjects, following the "Bilingual Methodology" to impart education. Mr Sachin Sahni Co-Founder Keeros and LMA member will moderate the session, Ms. Renu Chaudhary, General Manager LMA, and many LMA and TIE members were present in the session.
In collaboration with BBDNITM and Medanta Hospital Lucknow, Lucknow Management Association organized Cancer Awareness Session by Dr Anshul Gupta Director, Haematology, Haemato-Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, Cancer Institute on 26 April 2023. Mr Narain is a Retired IPS officer. Lucknow Management Association in association with Government of Uttar Pradesh and Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) organized spotlight event on “Trailblazing Energy Efficiency in Uttar Pradesh” on April 11, 2023 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow under the ‘National Climate Conclave 2023’ of Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India in collaboration with the Department of Environment Forest & Climate Change, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Speaker was Dr Satish Kumar, President, AEEE. LMA members were presented in this session.
As part of the Rastriya Job Festival, Young Manager Forum of Lucknow Management Association organized a Mock Interview Session for Lucknow Public School and Professional Colleges students on 8 April 2023. In a half-day programme, interview sessions were conducted by CA Devesh Agarwal, Coordinator YMF- LMA. Around 30 budding professionals participated in the session. The Director and Principal of the College were present there. Aditya Vikram Singh, in charge of Placement Cell, gave a vote of thanks.
